After a successful audit you receive the official IT-Label certificate. It states the building, the level determined, the certification date and the two-year validity period.

Your customer portal with marketing materials
With certification you get access to your own customer portal. All materials to make your certification visible are ready there: for tenants, brokers and investors.
Website widget
One line of code on your website shows your certification live, with the official label seal and a verification link. If the certificate expires, the widget disappears automatically.
Email signature
A compact badge for under your signature, copied in one click. The badge links to your building's verification page.
Badges and social image
The label seal as SVG and PNG for website, presentations and print, plus a ready-made image of your building for LinkedIn.
Documents in one place
Audit reports, quotations and invoices are stored per building in the portal, always easy to find.

The social image
A public verification page per building
Every certified building gets its own verification page with the certificate, its validity, the scores and the partner that performed the audit. The widget and the email signature automatically link to it.
Certified buildings can also be looked up by address via find your IT-Label. That way a tenant, broker or investor can verify your building's level themselves, without having to ask you. That is the point of a standard: the value is not in owning a certificate, but in the fact that others can check it.
After an upgrade
If you invest in the digital infrastructure, recertification can take place. The new level replaces the old one in the register and in your materials.

How does the IT-Label work?
An independent audit assesses both the physical infrastructure and the actual performance. The certificate is then valid for two years.
