Certified buildings can be looked up by address. This lets you verify the delivery level yourself, without having to ask anyone.

Enter the address or postcode of the building whose IT-label you wish to look up.
What you'll see
For a certified building you'll see the classification from IT1+ PREMIUM to IT5 SHELL, the underlying scores for connectivity, security and future-proofing, and the date until which the certificate is valid.
That way you know not only which level a building has, but also what that level is based on, and whether the assessment is still current. A certificate is valid for two years.

The register only contains buildings that have actually been assessed. If a property isn't listed, that says nothing about its quality: it simply hasn't been certified yet.
