The IT-Label explained
What the IT-Label is, how it is established and what the five services do for you. In one film, to watch yourself or to present.
The IT-Label in one story
The IT-Label and the five services, explained
01 The question
"Fast internet" is a promise.
Tenants, buyers and investors want to know what a building really delivers digitally. A brochure does not answer that.
02 The IT-Label
One label for the digital quality of a building.
From IT5 SHELL to IT1+ PREMIUM: clear at a glance what a building delivers, as clear as the energy label.
03 Six areas
Assessed in six areas.
From the connection in the street to the systems in the building.
- Connectivity
- Infrastructure
- Performance
- Scalability
- Integration
- Smart Building
04 Independent
Established by a Certified Partner.
On site and using one method. That way, an IT2 in Rotterdam means the same as in Groningen.
05 Pre-inspection
A quick first indication.
A Certified Partner visits and gives an expected level, the strengths and the points for attention.
06 Certification
The official IT-Label.
A full audit with measurements of the actual performance. The certificate is valid for two years.
07 Digital Due Diligence
Certainty when buying or selling.
The digital infrastructure examined during a transaction, with the risks and the cost of improvement.
08 Security Audit
Your Wi-Fi, network and server room secure.
A physical on-site audit, with a report of the risks and advice.
09 Smart Control
Your IT in view, always.
A dashboard with warning lights, a multi-year plan and ongoing management, from one office to an entire portfolio.
10 Public register
Anyone can check it.
Every certificate is in the public register, searchable by address.
Click or use the arrow keys. Esc closes the presentation.
What is the IT-Label?
The IT-Label shows how well a building is prepared digitally. A Certified Partner assesses the building on site, using one method, in six areas. The result is a level from IT5 SHELL to IT1+ PREMIUM.
The label does not reject anything. It makes clear what a building delivers, so that tenants, buyers and investors can compare. Every certificate is in the public register.

The IT-Label classifications
The IT-Label has six classifications. Each level describes a different digital delivery level and what that means for the user.
How does the IT-Label work?
An independent audit assesses both the physical infrastructure and the actual performance. The certificate is then valid for two years.
