About the IT-Label
IT-Label does not replace ISO, NEN or other technical standards. It translates the existing IT infrastructure into an understandable IT delivery level for commercial real estate, so that all parties involved in the real estate chain can more easily compare buildings on their digital readiness.
Disclaimer
IT-Label is an independent knowledge institute working on the development of a uniform assessment methodology for the IT infrastructure of commercial real estate. The IT-Label methodology is in a phase of ongoing development and is continuously refined on the basis of practical experience, technological developments and feedback from the market.
The classifications and audit results are intended to give owners, users and advisers greater transparency and insight into the quality of a building's digital infrastructure. No rights or claims can be derived from the content of this website, the classifications or the audit reports.
An IT audit is carried out by a professional, independent IT specialist in accordance with the IT-Label methodology in force at that time. The assessment is a snapshot and does not constitute a guarantee of the future performance or suitability of the IT infrastructure.
Disclaimer responsibilities
The division of IT responsibilities between tenant and landlord can differ per building and lease agreement. The IT-Label reflects the present and/or agreed digital delivery level and does not determine who is responsible for the individual facilities. These agreements are recorded in a separate IT Demarcation List.
