IT-Label certification
An independent audit of the physical infrastructure and the actual performance, translated into an IT-Label from IT5 to IT1+. Valid for two years, carried out by a Certified Partner.
What is IT-Label certification?
Certification is the complete IT-Label process. A Certified Partner assesses the existing infrastructure on site and measures the performance under real conditions: not what is on paper, but what a user experiences.
The outcome is translated into one of the six label categories, from IT5 SHELL to IT1+ PREMIUM. Each level describes a digital delivery level; the label does not judge, it makes transparent what is being offered. Read how the process works step by step or submit a request now.
For a whole building or a leased unit
Certification is available for the whole building or for a leased part: a floor or a specific unit. The certificate then states exactly which part was assessed. You indicate the scope when requesting; the size partly determines the fee tier.
The process
From request to certificate
Request
You fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Address, type of building and, if you already know it, the desired delivery level.
Quotation
A Certified Partner agrees the scope, which building, which spaces, which level, and sends a quotation that you approve online.
On-site audit
The partner assesses the infrastructure and measures the actual performance: throughput, latency, stability and coverage.
Classification
The findings are scored per component and translated into an IT-Label, with a substantiation that you can share.
Certificate
You receive the certificate, the badges and access to the customer portal. See what you get.

Certification Standard
What you have in hand after certification
- Certificate An official IT-Label certificate with a unique number, valid for two years and verifiable online.
- Badges and materials Badges for website, brochure and email signature, plus marketing materials for letting and sale.
- Listing in the search function Your building can be found via find your IT-Label, so candidates can check the level themselves.
- Substantiation per component A report that shows where the building is strong and what is needed for a higher level.
- Customer portal Access to certificate, badges and documents in one place.
Fee
Certification is priced on a scale of € 1,000 to € 2,500 excl. VAT, depending on the size and complexity of the building: the number of floors and spaces, the number of building systems and the number of measurements required. The partner's quotation states the exact amount for your situation.

Your certificate and materials
After certification you receive the official IT-Label certificate, a customer portal with marketing materials, a public verification page and a website widget.
IT-Label pre-inspection
A pre-inspection gives an indication of the digital delivery level of a space or building within days. Fixed fee, carried out by a Certified Partner.
