Three services, one methodology
Whether you want a quick indication, an official label or substantiation for a transaction: every IT-Label service looks at a building's digital infrastructure using the same methodology.
The IT-Label does not assess whether a building is good or bad. It makes transparent which digital delivery level is being offered. Depending on your question, you do that quickly and lightly, officially and completely, or as part of a purchase or lease decision.
Every service can be carried out for a whole building or for a leased part, such as a floor or a specific unit. You indicate this when requesting.
All services are carried out by Certified Partners: independent IT specialists who work according to the IT-Label methodology. You submit a request through this site, and the partner takes over the process.

IT-Label pre-inspection
An indication of the digital delivery level, determined on site by a Certified Partner. Fixed fee of € 750 excl. VAT per location.

Pre-inspection
- You want to know quickly where a space or building stands digitally
- For example at a viewing or before a lease decision
- Result: an indicative report with an estimated delivery level
- No certificate, but a basis for a next step
Certification
- You want the official IT-Label for your building
- For example to let, sell or position the building
- Result: certificate, badges and a listing in the search function
- Valid for two years, recertification possible
Digital Due Diligence
- You are facing a purchase, sale or major lease transaction
- You want to know what the digital infrastructure is worth and what still needs to be done
- Result: an advisory report with findings, risks and recommendations
- Substantiation for your decision and negotiation
The process
How it works, for every service
Request
You fill in the request form on the service's page. An address and contact details are enough to get started.
Quotation
A Certified Partner gets in touch, agrees the scope and sends a quotation that you can approve online.
Execution
The partner carries out the inspection, audit or research on site according to the IT-Label methodology.
Delivery
You receive the report or certificate digitally. With certification, you also get access to the customer portal.
