Why AI affects the network
AI applications almost always run somewhere other than the user's laptop. What happens in the building is the back-and-forth of questions and answers, and increasingly whole files, recordings and images.
That places a demand on networks that simply didn't exist a few years ago. Not because one user asks so much, but because the use is continuous and runs through the whole organisation, on top of everything that already went over the same infrastructure.
What that means in concrete terms

Caution with promises about the future
