The IT-Label network
One standard at the centre, surrounded by the partners who assess, train, share knowledge and improve. This is how the network works, and how you find your place in it.
The IT-Label network
Who does what in the IT-Label network
01 The standard
At the centre: one standard.
IT-Label manages the method, the levels and the public register. Everyone in the network works with it.
02 Certified Partners
Independent inspectors.
Certified Partners carry out the pre-inspections, certifications and audits, using the same method.
03 The Academy
Trained and tested.
Inspectors take the IT-Label Academy. From 1 April 2027, only a certified inspector can sign a report.
04 Knowledge
Knowledge that is shared.
The Knowledge collective writes and tests the knowledge. In the Knowledge Community, partners help each other.
05 Implementation
IT companies and installers.
They help buildings improve: installing, renewing and fitting out, based on the advice.
06 Clients
For everyone in real estate.
Owners, tenants, brokers and investors use the label to choose, compare and improve.
07 Independent
The assessor does not sell an outcome.
A Certified Partner has no interest in a higher or lower outcome. That is what makes the label reliable.
08 Growing together
Every building makes the network stronger.
More labelled buildings means more demand for inspections, improvements and management, for everyone in the network.

More information →Independence comes first
A label that a landlord issues themselves is a claim. A label established by an independent party using a fixed method is a measure. That is why a Certified Partner has no interest in a higher or lower outcome.
All partners work according to the same methodology. That way, an IT2 in Rotterdam means the same as in Groningen, and the label grows stronger with every building that joins.
