Know what is in a building, before you deliver
Whether a connection works well depends not only on your network, but also on the building. The IT-Label records per building what is digitally present and at which level it has been delivered.

The weakest link is often in the building
"Provider available" says little about what a building can actually receive. Does fibre run into the building, via which route, and is there a second entry? Is there a suitable technical room, with power and cooling? How does the cabling run to the floors?
Many faults do not arise in your network, but on site: an unsecured patch cabinet, no backup power, overheated equipment. The IT-Label makes that customer environment visible. Read more in why providers can set the IT-Label as a standard.
What the IT-Label gives you
Know in advance what is there
Connection, entry, technical room and cabling, recorded per building using one methodology.
More information →A suitable customer environment
The label shows whether a location is ready for business-critical services such as internet and telephony.
More information →Less discussion when faults occur
The IT Demarcation List records what belongs to the building, the tenant and the provider.
More information →One language with the real estate market
Owners, tenants and brokers understand the delivery level without technical knowledge.
More information →Independent, of providers too
The IT-Label does not assess providers and does not rank them. It describes the building: what is present and how it performs. This keeps the standard independent for all parties.
