The Knowledge Community: partners who make each other stronger
A closed space in the partner portal where Certified Partners, IT companies and the IT-Label team share knowledge, help each other and work together to improve the digital quality of real estate.
Why a Knowledge Community?
IT-Label partners run into the same questions. How do you measure the Wi-Fi in an open-plan office? Which documents do you request for a Digital Due Diligence? What do you tell a client who asks whether the Dutch Cybersecurity Act applies to them? If you are on your own, you have to figure it out again every time.
In the Knowledge Community, partners share their experience. One partner's question is often an answer another partner already has. This makes every partner better, and with that the quality of every inspection, certification and piece of advice. That is the strength of the IT-Label ecosystem.
What you find in the Knowledge Community
Knowledge questions
Ask a question about the pre-inspection, certification, Digital Due Diligence, IT in buildings or your clients. Other partners and the IT-Label team answer. The best answer stays easy to find.
Requests and offers
Are you looking for an installer in a region, or do you have capacity for an inspection? Post a short message and find each other within the network.
News and regulations
Updates from the IT-Label team on laws, rules and subsidies, with for each update: what does this mean for you and your clients?

Our promise and the house rules
No question is left unanswered. If nobody replies within two working days, the IT-Label team gives an answer.
- Closed: only partners and the IT-Label team can read along. Nothing is public or findable via Google.
- Confidential: partners do not share client names, addresses or prices.
- Fair: leads that IT-Label shares are not resold.
- Helpful: the team keeps an eye on the tone and can hide messages if needed.
Knowledge Community or knowledge collective?
The knowledge collective is the independent group of experts that safeguards the IT-Label method and keeps it up to date. The Knowledge Community is the workplace of the partners: there they help each other in practice. What partners come across in the Knowledge Community helps the knowledge collective to improve the method.
Part of the IT-Label ecosystem
IT-Label brings owners, tenants, real estate agents, installers, IT partners and inspectors together around one method and one language. Partners play a key role in this: they make visible what is now invisible in buildings.
That is why partners get more than a certificate. In the partner portal, Certified Partners find the IT-Label Academy, playbooks for every service, a CRM for their clients and materials for their marketing. All partners now also find the Knowledge Community there. The stronger the partners, the more reliable IT-Label is for everyone in the real estate chain.
