IT1 HIGH PERFORMANCE
A high-quality digital infrastructure with excellent performance. Only limited optimisations may still be desirable.
Excellent performance, with room for the final step
IT1 HIGH PERFORMANCE stands for 75 to 89 points. The building has a strong, professionally installed digital infrastructure that performs stably under actual load.
The difference with IT1+ PREMIUM lies in the degree of integration and redundancy. Think of a building where the Smart Building solutions are largely present but do not yet fully work together, or where redundancy has not been implemented at every point.
Certification Standard
Characteristics of IT1 HIGH PERFORMANCE
Fibre optic
A fibre optic connection with ample capacity forms the basis of the connectivity.
More information →High-quality cabling
CAT6A or CAT6 cabling throughout the building, suitable for high speeds and demanding applications.
More information →Strong WiFi coverage
A well-designed WiFi network with coverage throughout the building and sufficient capacity for simultaneous users.
More information →Largely integrated Smart Building
The most important building systems are present; integration between them has not yet been implemented everywhere.
More information →Who does this level suit?
IT1 HIGH PERFORMANCE suits organisations that place high demands on speed and continuity, but are willing to carry out the final optimisations themselves or have them carried out in consultation with the landlord. In practice this involves a limited investment, not a complete fit-out.
For office buildings with demanding tenants, this is often the level where supply and demand meet.
What does this mean for the user?
Delivery level: high-quality IT infrastructure. The user is immediately operational; at most minimal adjustments are needed. Who does what can differ per building and lease agreement and is recorded in the IT Demarcation List. Read more about responsibilities.
From IT1 to IT1+?
After an upgrade, recertification can take place. A certified partner shows which steps are needed for that.
