The foundation is there, the fit-out is up to you
IT3 READY stands for 45 to 59 points. The building is prepared: there is cabling, there is connectivity and there are digital provisions. But the environment is not designed for intensive professional use.
READY is therefore exactly what the name says: ready to be fitted out, not ready to be put under heavy load immediately. For organisations that want to make their own IT choices anyway, that's not a drawback but a starting point.

Basic cabling
Cabling is present, but not everywhere at the level that demanding applications require.

The building is suitable for being upgraded to a higher level. After an upgrade, recertification can take place.

You should expect to invest yourself in the final layer: better WiFi, additional cabling or your own network equipment. The IT-Label makes it visible in advance that this investment is needed, so you can factor it into the rental price and your planning.

The IT-Label classifications
The IT-Label has six classifications. Each level describes a different digital delivery level and what that means for the user.
IT2 PLUG & PLAY
IT2 PLUG & PLAY offers a fibre optic connection, CAT6 cabling and functional WiFi. Suitable for most organisations, with room to optimise further.
IT4 CORE
With IT4 CORE, only the primary connection provisions are present. There is no internal IT infrastructure; fit-out is fully up to the tenant.
Certified partners
The IT-Label is determined by independent partners who work to one methodology, so the outcome is comparable between buildings.
