IT3 READY

A basic infrastructure that the tenant can build on further. Additional investment is desirable for professional use.

The foundation is there, the fit-out is up to you

IT3 READY stands for 45 to 59 points. The building is prepared: there is cabling, there is connectivity and there are digital provisions. But the environment is not designed for intensive professional use.

READY is therefore exactly what the name says: ready to be fitted out, not ready to be put under heavy load immediately. For organisations that want to make their own IT choices anyway, that's not a drawback but a starting point.

What does this mean in practice?

You should expect to invest yourself in the final layer: better WiFi, additional cabling or your own network equipment. The IT-Label makes it visible in advance that this investment is needed, so you can factor it into the rental price and your planning.

That's the core of the label: not judging, but making transparent what you get. Who does what is recorded in the IT Demarcation List. See what to look out for as a tenant.

What does this mean for the user?

Delivery level: basic provisions in place. Additional IT fit-out is required. Who does what can differ per building and lease agreement and is recorded in the IT Demarcation List. Read more about responsibilities.
